John Edwards memorial collection, 1968.

Recordings of interviews with Cliffie Stone (1917- ), Anglo- American country singer and music industry executive of Burbank, Calif., and Ken Nelson, country music recording executive. Stone was a country singer and recording executive for Capitol Records for over twenty years, before starting his own music publishing company, Central Songs. Nelson took over the Capitol Records country music department in 1950, and also served as president of the Country Music Association.
